About

How we work, and what you keep.

We find where AI and automation would pay off, build it on the systems you already run, and settle what it may reach as part of the build. We are based in London and work with organisations across the United Kingdom.

How engagements run

Scoped in stages, documented as we go.

Engagements are scoped in stages, each with its own price and its own acceptance criteria. You decide whether to continue with the previous stage already in your hands. Nothing commits you in advance, and no stage depends on you buying the next one.

The people who assess your data are the people who write your controls, and they are in the room when those controls get challenged. Nothing is handed to a different team at the point where the work turns difficult, which is the point where most of the context gets lost.

Within a stage you hear from us weekly in writing, including the weeks where the honest report is that we found less than expected.

Everything is written down as it happens. Every artefact lives in your systems from the day it is created, the decision register records why each control exists and who agreed it, and the handover pack is a deliverable rather than a courtesy. You should never be in a position where the reason for a control left with the person who wrote it. We apply that standard to ourselves for the same reason we apply it to you.

What you keep

Everything we produce is yours

The artefacts
The data map, the findings, the control procedures, the decision register, the handbooks and any code or configuration. In your systems, in your name, from the first day they exist.
No dependency by design
Runbooks and handover are deliverables, written into the scope. We build with the tooling already in your suite wherever we can, so the people who understand the work can change it without us. Where the answer is something you do not yet run, we say so before we build it, and who will maintain it is settled at the same time. Nothing needed to keep a workflow running is held only by us.
Where your data is processed
We work inside your environment wherever the work allows it. Where it does not, and reaching a model through its vendor’s interface is the usual reason, the systems, the location and the retention period are named and agreed in writing before anything is sent.

Confidentiality

What we will never publish.

Client names, the systems in use, data volumes, our risk findings, implementation specifics. None of it appears in a case study, a talk, a post or a proposal written for somebody else.

Worth stating plainly, because it cuts both ways. It explains why this site carries no wall of logos, and the same discipline will apply to your engagement. A firm that trades one client’s detail for another client’s attention has told you what it will do with yours.

Where a prospective client needs evidence before committing, we will say what we can say without a current client’s permission, and ask for that permission where more is needed. What we will not do is publish it, or hand it over on the assumption that an agreement with you settles an obligation we owe somebody else.
