What the work is, what data it runs on, who touches it, what comes out. Within five working days you will get a written reply saying what we would build first, what has to be true before it runs, and why.

No charge, and no call unless you want one. If the answer is that AI is the wrong tool for what you have described, the reply will say that too.

Prefer to talk: Say so in your message and we will offer times. Some AI questions are quicker to work through out loud than to write down.
Response time: Five working days for a written response to something you send us. Two working days to acknowledge anything else. If nothing has arrived after seven working days, assume the message went astray rather than that it was ignored, and please resend it.
